fz999 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and fz999.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, betting, casino games, and other features of the fz999 platform ("Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform. Account Security

The responsibility for keeping your account secure rests primarily with you. The following rules are mandatory:

  • Keep your login password strong and confidential, and do not share it with anyone.
  • Avoid logging in from unfamiliar or public devices.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • You are fully responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account.

fz999 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any such request is fraudulent — please notify us immediately if this happens.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing money into fz999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Once a deposit is completed, funds are usually credited to the account instantly. Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in your own name — payments through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
  • The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • fz999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at fz999 will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

The current wagering requirement is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

fz999 offers additional promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the promotion details. The general rules are:

  • A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses using different accounts or devices will result in both accounts being closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and many other forms of entertainment are available on the fz999 Platform. Once a bet is placed, it is considered final — bets cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

  • The minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed separately within each game.
  • Bets left incomplete due to a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game, fz999's server logs shall be the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Examples of markets include — match winner, total runs, first wicket fall, and more. Please note that not all bet types are available in every market.

A cutoff time for bets is set before an event begins. For live betting, odds change in real time and the odds displayed at the time of acceptance are final.

6.3 Casino Games

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fz999 Platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
  • Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
  • Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using any software, bot, script, or automation to gain an advantage on the Platform.
  • Cheating in games or the betting process, or colluding with others.
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to hack or damage any system of the Platform.
  • Allowing minors to use your account.

In cases of fraudulent activity, fz999 reserves the right to take legal action and may notify the relevant authorities.

In any circumstance, fz999's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 fz999's Authority

fz999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.

  • Registering an account with false information.
  • Managing multiple accounts.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

11.2 Closed at Your Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, any remaining valid balance (actual money with wagering conditions met, not bonus) must be withdrawn.
